动物医院为藏獒做拉皮美容致死遭索赔88万
A mastiff farm in Beijing sued an animal hospital after one of its Tibetan mastiffs died during a cosmetic surgical procedure, and claimed a compensation of 880,000 yuan(US$128,400)， the Beijing News reported。Mr. Yu acted as legal representative for the farm. He told the newspaper that on Nov. 9, 2012, he had sent a Tibetan mastiff worth 880,000 yuan to the animal hospital run by Mr. Li for a cosmetic procedure. After a 20- minute treatment, Yu was told that the Tibetan mastiff had died。
It was later found out that the Tibetan mastiff had died from cardiac arrest caused by complications with the anesthesia. Li agreed to pay the mastiff farm compensation worth 20,000 yuan(US$3,210)， which was deemed too little compared to the poor animal's original purchase price. A lawsuit has been filed。

北京某养殖场法定代表人于某诉称，2012年11月9日上午，他将价值88万元的藏獒送到李某开的动物病院，为该藏獒举行美容拉皮手术。当藏獒进入手术室20分钟后，主刀大夫叫他进入手术室，说藏獒“可能有生命伤害”。他赶快请求主刀大夫举行急救，但主刀大夫宣称已举行急救，但已没有但愿。
于某称眼科,，事发后，他到北京市兽医实行诊断所举行事故伎术判定，判定结论为麻醉不测致藏獒心脏骤停灭亡。同时，他领会到，动物病院利用的镇痛剂“舒泰”没有获得入口允许证，而且该药的利用阐明书上出格标注禁与“乙酰丙嗪”等药物一块儿利用，不然会造成动物心脏伤害、呼吸按捺及体温太低。但是，动物病院在给藏獒麻醉中，利用的药物成份就包含“乙酰丙嗪”。
于某认为，动物病院对藏獒的死负有不成推辞的责任。两边协商时，动物病院所有者李某只赞成补偿2万元，与他购入藏獒的现实代价相差迥异，没法告竣一致定见。
日前，于某将动物病院诉至法院，请求补偿丧失88万元。
